Software Developer
We are looking for a Frontend Software Developer to join our team of software developers for our growing web based IoT platforms. We are part of a larger international cooperation between several businesses in Sweden and the Netherlands. Our software development offices are located in Råda (Hagfors, Sweden) at the airport.
The platforms you will be working on are designed for the remote monitoring of machines used in Road Construction, as well as other machines such as Generators, Compressors, Pumps and recently also several energy storage systems.
As a developer you will be part of the team that works on the frontends of these platforms, with the option to later also work on the backend data processing systems, customer-facing APIs and internal APIs, our management and Quality Assurance platforms as well as new projects.
Our platforms are built in PHP, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, HTML and Javascript, based on our own internal framework. Experience with at least 3 of these is required.
Our production and development servers run on Debian Linux. Your workstation can run whatever OS you’re most comfortable with, with development software such as VScode, UltraEdit, Notepad++ or others.
Experience with Git, Gitlab and (Debian) Linux is a plus, but not required.
A reasonable level of written and spoken English is a must, as most of our customers are international and most of our communication is in English. Project roadmaps and source code is also written and documented in English.
This is intended to be a long-term employment for 4 to 5 days a week.
Internship – Student – Software Developer
